2.3 Service Pricing

• Prices listed are subject to change based on assessment findings
• Additional work discovered during service requires separate approval
• All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude applicable taxes
• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged

3. Client Obligations

3.1 Information Accuracy

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information about timepieces and service needs
• Disclose any known issues or previous repairs
• Maintain current contact information for service updates
• Respond promptly to service-related communications

3.2 Timepiece Submission

When submitting a timepiece:

• Ensure timepiece is properly secured for transport
• Remove any items of personal value not part of the watch
• Provide documentation such as certificates or service history
• Arrange appropriate insurance for valuable pieces

3.3 Payment Obligations

• Payment must be made in full before timepiece collection
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash
• Unpaid timepieces may be subject to storage fees after 90 days
• Client is responsible for all collection and payment processing fees

4. Warranty and Limitations

4.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for:

• Twelve months from service completion date
• Coverage limited to labor performed during original service
• Warranty void if timepiece serviced elsewhere during warranty period
• Warranty excludes damage from accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

4.2 Disclaimers

We do not warrant:

• Specific timing accuracy beyond manufacturer specifications
• Aesthetic results on vintage or heavily worn components
• Availability of original or replacement parts
• Results dependent on client usage patterns or care

4.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• Service fees paid for the work in question
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
• Liability limited by our insurance coverage for timepieces in our care
• Claims must be made within 30 days of discovering issue
